What you did last year or yesterday means nothing today. Instead of thinking about your past, take massive action today. Spend all your time and energy advancing your goals.

Any absence of effort is likely due to your lack of awareness, arrogance, just plain laziness or a combination of all of these. Be genuine, creative, humble, and now more than ever, be willing to put your head down and go the extra mile.
